How will I receive confirmation of my registration?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation mail via email, phone or fax. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a registration letter.

What do I do if I encounter a problem while placing an order?

How many days prior should I intimate to cancel any event?
To cancel your event, you will have to intimate webinarhealth 2 days prior to the event start date.

Will I get refund amount upon cancellation?
Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance.

webinarhealth would process/provide refund only if the Live Webinar has been cancelled or rescheduled to another date. The attendee could choose either the recorded webinar or avail a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance.

Refunds will not be given to participants that do not show up for the webinar.

In any case, if the registered attendee does not cancel or fails to attend, neither the refund nor the voucher would be issued.
